Wellbeing at Sea Tool Visual Description

[Start video]

A white background with the title 'Wellbeing at Sea Tool' in the middle of the screen. The MCA, TSO and Snap Surveys logos appear in the top left and bottom corners respectively.

The background colour changes to blue as seagulls fly across the screen. An animated image of sea waves, clear skies and the sun appears on screen. An orange and white freighter/cargo ship enters from the left side. It is carrying many colourful containers.

The video zooms in through a porthole leading below deck.

A young seafarer with shoulder length brown hair, a white t-shirt, navy dungarees, wellies and a hard hat is standing in front of orange piping and a noisy pressure measuring device, covering their ears.

Another seafarer dressed in grey overalls, with short blonde hair and a beard sits on the floor holding their knees and thinks of their family.

In an office with a window overlooking the sea through which the boat from the beginning of the video can be seen, a manager with short black hair and dressed in a suit and tie stands next to a clipboard that reads 'Wellbeing' and has four blank checkboxes. Green check marks appear in the first three boxes, but a red cross shows in the last one as the sun sets outside and the moon comes up.

A computer screen, mouse and keyboard are shown. On the computer screen the company logos for MCA, TSO and Snap Surveys appear again, before changing to a video of the Wellbeing at Sea survey being taken. The questions appear on the left of the screen, whilst the cursor checks boxes corresponding to the following answers: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neither Agree Nor Disagree, Agree and Strongly Agree.

The computer is replaced by a blank background on which each area of focus is written out one by one.

The areas now fade away and are replaced by a screen with the survey again. A big red button reading 'Submit' appears on screen, and the cursor clicks the button. Six white circles depicting colourful stick figures within them surround the screen. Two red happy and sad figures, two purple figures exercising, two orange figures talking, three green figures sitting at a table discussing, one brown figure sleeping in a bed, and a blue figure sitting on a chair surrounded by thought bubbles.

An arrow pointing from the screen moves across towards a bar chart. The chart features a white increase zigzag line, and the manager from earlier holds a large magnifying glass in front of the right side of the bar chart.

A group of five seafarers standing on deck is shown. The two portrayed previously are amongst them, with the long-haired person holding a lifebuoy.

The freight ship shows again on a calm sea. On the front of the ship a name is now visible. Seagulls fly across the sky again. The video zooms in on the writing, which reads 'Wellbeing SS'.

The image fades to white and the link www.wellbeingseatool.com is centred on screen, with the MCA, TSO and Snap Surveys logos showing in the same three corners as before.

Fade to black.
